Cast in rose gold vermeil with a sterling silver band and bow, a delicately looped ribbon gives way to a sculpted apple, its surface yielding to a skull traced in vivid fuchsia pavé — eyes, nose, and a dripping, asymmetric finish reminiscent of poison through gold. Brilliant white pavé lines the band, balancing the striking motif with classic sparkle.
